X0C29 Size Guide
X0C29 Size Guide
Every X0C29 garment is developed using our proprietary Base Block System. Rather than relying solely on conventional industry sizing, every recommended size is determined through the relationship between body measurements, garment construction, intended silhouette and finished garment measurements. This guide explains how to measure yourself correctly and how to interpret X0C29 sizing across every collection.
SECTION 01
How to Measure
Accurate body measurements are essential for selecting the correct X0C29 size. Measure while wearing lightweight clothing or fitted underwear, keeping the measuring tape comfortably level without pulling tightly.

Measurement Tips
Keep the Tape Level
Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor and avoid twisting it around the body.
Measure Naturally
Stand upright in a relaxed posture without holding your breath or pulling in your waist.
Compare Carefully
Always compare your body measurements with both the Body Size Chart and the individual product measurements before purchasing.

SECTION 04
How We Recommend Your Size
Step 01
Take your body measurements following the instructions in How to Measure. Measure over lightweight clothing or underwear for the most accurate result.
Step 02
Compare your measurements with the X0C29 Body Size Chart to identify your closest body size.
Step 03
Review the Measurements (Flat) listed on each individual product page. These measurements describe the finished garment rather than the body.
Step 04
Follow the Recommended X0C29 Size provided on the product page. Every recommendation is determined using the X0C29 sizing methodology, considering garment construction, intended fit, grading and the corresponding Base Block.
Why does X0C29 recommend a size?
Unlike conventional fashion brands, X0C29 garments are not sized solely according to generic body measurements. Each design begins with its own dedicated Base Block before progressing through garment development, grading and fit refinement. For this reason, the Recommended X0C29 Size displayed on each product page should always be considered the primary sizing reference.
SECTION 05
Understanding Product Measurements
Measurements shown on every X0C29 product page are finished garment measurements taken while the garment is laid flat. They are not body measurements.
Example
| Bust (Flat) | 45 cm |
| Garment Bust | 90 cm (measured flat ×2) |
| Body Bust | Please refer to the Body Size Chart. |
Flat Measurements
All dimensions are measured with the garment laid flat on a level surface. Measurements may vary slightly due to hand-finishing and production tolerance.
Production Tolerance
Please allow approximately ±1 cm variation between individual garments.

SECTION 06
Size Notes & Frequently Asked Questions
Are the measurements shown on product pages body measurements?
No. All measurements displayed on individual product pages are finished garment measurements taken flat. Please compare these together with the Body Size Chart and the recommended X0C29 size.
Why can two garments in the same size fit differently?
Each X0C29 garment is developed using its own Base Block and intended silhouette. Different constructions, proportions and garment ease will naturally produce different fits even when the recommended size is identical.
What if I fall between two sizes?
If your body measurements fall between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a closer fit or the larger size for a more relaxed silhouette, unless otherwise recommended on the product page.
Can I request additional measurements?
Yes. If you require further measurements, sizing advice or styling guidance, please contact the X0C29 studio before placing your order.
Should I follow the Body Size Chart or the Recommended X0C29 Size?
The Body Size Chart should be used as your starting reference. However, the Recommended X0C29 Size shown on every product page remains the primary sizing recommendation because it considers the garment's construction, intended fit, grading and Base Block.
The X0C29 Sizing Philosophy
At X0C29, sizing is considered an integral part of the design process rather than a final production specification. Every garment begins with a dedicated Base Block developed specifically for its intended silhouette. From this foundation, each design is refined through construction, drape, proportion, grading and fit before arriving at its final dimensions.
Because every collection explores different forms and structures, garments sharing the same internal size may not fit identically. A sculptural dress, a relaxed coat and a compression knit are each developed from different construction principles and therefore follow different fitting intentions.
For this reason, body measurements alone should not be used as the sole reference when selecting a size. We recommend considering your body measurements together with each product's flat garment measurements and the Recommended X0C29 Size provided on the product page.
Every X0C29 piece is individually evaluated using our proprietary Base Block System to ensure that the recommended size reflects not only measurements, but also the garment's intended fit, proportion and construction.
