Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We are an independent designer brand producing in limited quantities. Every piece is made, inspected, and fulfilled with care. Due to our small-scale production model and our fulfillment location in China, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please review measurements, product descriptions, and images carefully before placing an order. If you require additional information regarding fit, materials, or styling, our team is available to assist prior to purchase.

1. Final Sale – No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

All orders are considered Final Sale. We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refunds due to sizing, fit, or preference

  • Refunds for items delayed due to customs or carrier processing

  • Refunds for buyer’s remorse or mistaken orders

This policy applies to all international customers.

2. Exception: Item Received Not as Described

The only situation where a refund may be considered is if the item received is completely inconsistent with the photographs and description displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

To submit such a claim, the customer must provide:

  1. A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing:

    • Outer parcel with shipping label

    • Opening of the parcel with no cuts or edits

    • The condition of the item upon removal

  2. Clear photos demonstrating the discrepancy between the received item and the product listing.

Claims without compliant unboxing documentation will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If the claim is verified by our team, an appropriate resolution may be provided. Otherwise, the sale remains final.

3. Why We Cannot Accept International Returns

Due to the high cost of international return shipping, customs duties, and cross-border handling fees, returning products to China is not feasible for most customers. These costs often exceed the value of the item itself.

For this reason, we do not provide international return labels and cannot accept returned items.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government charges depending on the destination country. These charges are:

  • Not included in product pricing

  • Not included in shipping fees

  • The sole responsibility of the customer

We do not have control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost. If a parcel is refused due to customs fees, the order will not be refunded and the item may be abandoned or destroyed by customs depending on local jurisdiction. We cannot recover such packages or issue refunds.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any applicable customs-related charges.

5. Delivery Issues & Carrier Handling

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect address entry by the customer

  • Force majeure (weather events, strikes, etc.)

Once a parcel is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or unclaimed packages.

6. Fraud Prevention & Unsupported Claims

We reserve the right to deny claims that are:

  • Incomplete

  • Unsupported by compliant evidence

  • Manipulated or fraudulent

  • Based on subjective expectations such as fit, comfort, or personal taste

This ensures fair handling for all customers and protects independent brand operations.

7. Order Confirmation & Terms Acceptance

By placing an order with us, the customer confirms that they have:

  • Read and understood this Return & Refund Policy

  • Accepted Final Sale conditions

  • Acknowledged customs and VAT responsibilities

  • Agreed to evidence requirements for rare dispute cases

All orders are fulfilled under these terms without exception.

8. Customer Support

If you believe your order meets the criteria stated above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include the required evidence for review.

We appreciate your support for independent design and small-scale production. Your understanding allows us to continue creating meaningful work beyond mass production systems.
