We ship worldwide from our main fulfillment hub in China via SF International Express to ensure secure, trackable, and time-efficient delivery for all customers.

All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 3 business days after your order is placed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing times may be extended by 1–2 days.
🌎 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We currently ship using SF International Express for all destinations. Estimated delivery times are:

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes, which are not included in the item price or shipping fee.

These charges vary by destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

If an order is refused due to customs fees, shipping costs will not be refunded.

🔍 Tracking & Delivery

All shipments include end-to-end tracking.

Delivery may require a signature upon arrival depending on the carrier and destination.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.
🏠 Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for:

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once handed over to the carrier. However, we will support you in filing a claim when applicable.
